5 of the team competed in the Victory Lap Track Party 1 Mile Race Walk, at Cary Academy, which served as the NC Championship. Alejandro Fernandez lead from the start to win overall and Avery Rudolph held off a strong finish from Ivonne Chirino-Klevans to take the women’s win. All finishers set team records and won NC Championships in their age groups.
