  • Popov Takes 2nd at Homefront 8K
Alexey Popov continued his excellent spring racing season by taking 2nd overall in the Helping the Homefront 8K in Virginia Beach, VA. His time of 33:56 was almost a minute ahead of 3rd place and gives him another team record for his efforts.

  • Armstrong Strides Around Seneca Lake
Cher Armstrong competed as a member of The Seneca Sippers in the Seneca 7 relay race of 77.7’ish miles around Seneca Lake in upstate New York. Each competitor completes 3 legs of the relay at different points on the course. The Seneca Sippers finished 82nd in a time of 10:49:47, for an 8:20/mile pace. They also placed 51st in Mixed Gender team category. 310 teams completed the event.
  • Ehlers Completes Maybelline Half
Natalie Ehlers competed in the NYRR Maybelline Women’s Half Marathon. She finished in a time of 2:01:06. She placed 1,415 overall, 1,411 for women and 170 in her age group. The performance is a new team record for Open Women.
  • Popov 1st Master at Tidewater Half
Alexey Popov, competing in the Tidewater Striders Dismal Swamp Half Marathon, finished 1st in the Masters division and 12th overall with a time of 1:31:48. The time is a new team record for the M40-44 age group.
  • More Teammates Is Better
We're happy to announce the latest addition to the Raleigh Walkers, Avery Rudolph of Raleigh, NC. Avery should be making her debut on the track very soon and we're excited to see how well she'll do in her 1st season race walking.
  • 2026 Penn Relays = PRs
The early Saturday morning action at the Penn Relays saw both Jordan Crawford and Julianna Wottawa competing over 5000m at the historic Franklin Field venue in the heart of Philadelphia.
Crawford was up first with a 7:30 am start in the Olympic Development Men’s Elite division. Wottawa, in her team debut, followed at 8:00 am in the U20 Women’s division.
The men’s field of 23 was littered with Olympians, top Internationals and collegiate champions across all 3 divisions. Jordan fought back a tough challenge from collegian Lucien Beardsley to finish 3rd in the Elite race with a new PR of 20:23.78.
The women’s race of 19 saw almost the same level of elite competition across it’s 3 divisions. Julianna set a new PR of 27:41.28 to finish 4th in the U20 division.
  • Healey & Crawford Excel in Brazil

Briycn Healey and Jordan Crawford made their annual Team USA trip, this time to Brasilia, Brazil, to compete in the World Team Championships.

Healey began the day in the Marathon, where he was the top USA finisher in 46th place with a time of 3:48:15. Bricyn set a new personal record by nearly 2 minutes in humid conditions and at altitude. Only 2 USA athletes competed in this distance, so no team score was achieved.

Crawford followed in early afternoon, racing the Half Marathon. The hotter weather had some effect in the 2nd half of the race. Jordan finished a solid race in 52nd place with a time of 1:39:39, 3rd on Team USA, which finished 13th in the team scoring with 140 points.
  • 15 km to the Shire
Cher Armstrong returned to training post marathon and got in a 15 km best at the 53rd edition of the Forks XV. Her finishing time of 1:12:58 established a new team record and placed 4th in the W35-39 division, 9th female and 25th overall.
