Best Race Walking Team in the USA Open to new members 24/7/365
  • Popov 5th at Coast Guard 15 km
Alexey Popov finished 5th overall in the Coast Guard 15 km run in Portsmouth, VA with a time of 1:03:58. The performance was also 1st in the 40-49 division and a new team record for the distance. 113 athletes finished the race.
  • Armstrong Competes in Kelly LaBare 5 km
Cher Armstrong finished in a solid 44th place overall, 8th in the 30-39 division, at the Kelly LaBare 5k in Binghampton, NY with a time of 21:43. 242 athletes completed the event.
  • Holtry Honored at State Games of America
Matt Holtry made the trek to State College, PA to compete in the State Games of America. Matt was entered in 5 events and performed well in all of them, getting 4 golds & 1 silver while setting 4 team records. His results in each event (TR = new team record): 1500m Race Walk 9:17.53 (TR); 1500m 5:48.21 (TR); 400m 1:19.12; 800m 2:54.20 (TR); 200m 32.58 (TR).
  • Clemmons Cruising in Columbia
Patricia Clemmons traveled to the Maryland Senior Games in Columbia, taking part in 6 events on the schedule. On day 1, she competed in the Javelin, throwing 16.80m, and Long Jump, leaping 3.33m. Day 2 started with a 4.75m Triple Jump, then included Discus in 21.37m, High Jump with a 0.75m leap and finally heaving the Shot Put in 7.09m. Combined, she returned with 3 gold, 2 1 silver & 2 bronze medals. Her Discus performance is a new team record.
  • Clemmons Rules The Commonwealth
Patricia Clemmons traveled to Richmond, VA for the 2026 Commonwealth Games. She won gold medals in 6 events: 50m (9.45), 100m (18.34), long jump (3.04m), triple jump (6.26m), high jump (1.09m) and shot put (7.77m). New team records were set in the 50m and triple jump, breaking standards she had set earlier in the year.
  • Alexey Wins Braveheart 5 km
Alexey Popov overcame a combined race start, a box cargo pedal trike on the course, street vendors & a food festival opening for the day, no lead vehicle for the last mile, rain showers which made footing slick and a head wind on the boardwalk to the finish to win the Allen Stone Braveheart 5 km in Virginia Beach with a time of 19:53.
  • Evening of Silver and Records
Jordan Crawford lead a gang of 3 in the 2026 USA Outdoor Championships Half Marathon under the lights at Icahn Stadium on Randall’s Island in New York City. Joining Crawford and making their team debuts were Cameron Nocton and Angelina Colon.

Track & Field News picked them to be in the following places in their annual form chart: Crawford 3rd, Nocton 6th & Colon 8th.

All three had strong races with Jordan leading the way to a 2nd place finish in a time of 1:36:17.18. Cameron followed with a solid effort, being as high as 3rd place in the latter stages of the race, but was disqualified in the last mile. Angelina started slowly and moved up steadily, getting 9th place in 2:00:50.11.

Multiple team records on the track were set as well. Jordan and Angelina both got the Half Marathon. Jordan added the 15000m in 1:07:39.74. Angelina also claimed the 10000m (55:55.82), 15000m (1:24:39.73) & 20000m (1:54:13.63) records.
  • Beating the Heat
Matt Holtry and Natalie Ehlers beat the heat in separate events over the last week. Natalie, in her 1st Race Walk in 3 years, set a team record for Open Women in the Mile with a time of 8:50.84 at the Long Island Summer Series Meet #3 on 7/15. Matt raced 5 km in 21:54 to get the M45-49 team record at the Cook Medical Beat the Heat 5K on 7/18. The time was also good for 2nd place in his age group.

Jordan Crawford lead a gang of 3 in the 2026 USA Outdoor Championships Half Marathon under the lights at Icahn Stadium on Randall’s Island in New York City. Joining Crawford and making their team debuts were Cameron Nocton and Angelina Colon.

Track & Field News picked them to be in the following places in their annual form chart: Crawford 3rd, Nocton 6th & Colon 8th.
